We have developed a four-step process to inspect every detail of your product before it's shipped to you -- and we'll send you a report to verify it. Our Product Inspection Plan, or PIP, utilizes process control to inspect every aspect of the job, including:
- Initial tooling verification
- Product inspection outline
- Floor checks at all stages of production
- A final inspection
All our employees are trained in inspection methodology. Every operator inspects each product as he or she is working on it. Nothing leaves our facilities until it is quality approved.
Quality happens as a result of intense scrutiny according to high inspection standards. Our quality standards have led us to maintain a return rate of under one percent.
